- Our office is a brick building that looks like a house. Parking is in the back of our building. Our office's entrance is on the North side of the building.
Insurance and Billing
We accept all dental insurance plans that allow you to choose your own dentist. Contact us with your insurance information and we will verify your benefits to make sure that you receive the maximum benefits your plan allows. We accept personal checks, credit cards, and cash. Contact our office about how to receive a 5% pre-pay discount. Due to rising billing costs, we ask that you pay for your office visit and treatment at the time of service.
Facilities and Equipment
Is the thought of getting a shot or having to listen to the sound of a dental drill keeping you from getting dental care? It is now possible to have a completely comfortable dental visit without shots! In some cases you could have a cavity filled without the use of the drill. This is because of No Shot Dentistry and the use of a Delight dental laser. This laser allows Dr. Fornatto to provide "no shot, no drill" and "no numb lip" dentistry.
